I am extremely excited for us to again partner with LGBT Youth Scotland this year for LGBT History Month. Not only is it a business imperative, it’s simply who we are. Being open to people of all backgrounds and sexual orientation is key to fostering a truly inclusive environment. It is the only way businesses can continue to attract and retain the best talent.
