Our GLOW group in Perth started off 2025 with a session on goals, we explored how to make our goals realistic and achievable and considered what kinds of goals work best for us. We finished up by writing letters to their future selves (to open at the end of 2025) and then sealed them with a wax seal which was everyone’s favourite part!
