We offer competitive rates of pay and up-to 39 days of holiday depending on the job you do and how long you've worked with us. We think opportunities for learning and development are important; that's why we offer employees an optional 3 days so they can volunteer outside the charity. Here are some more of the benefits we offer.
As a full-time employee you are entitled to 35 days holiday per year. If you're in a management role then you'll automatically receive an extra 2 days of holiday and we offer an extra 2 days of holiday after 3 years of service.
A work v life balance is important so we give you a generous amount of leave so you can do the things that you care about.
The pension plan we offer is provided through TPT Retirement Solutions who give you online access to monitor and manage your pension. The charity makes a 4% employer contribution which is matched by the employee.
Your career is important to us. We'll provide you with a wide range of both in-house and external training opportunities through our annual training calendar; helping you pick-up relevant skills and acquire knowledge to help you with your role and your career aspirations.
We value the contribution you make to the success of the charity and it's work and, where able, we want to help make life easier.
Some of the ways in which we can support you are:
Through flexible working options
Access to our confidential external counselling service
Up-to 3 days leave to volunteer for another organisation
We think a relaxed, friendly and creative environment gets the best from our team.
