Rainbow Cookery
Fantastic session with David from The Scran Academy who delivered a cookery class to young people from VADA as part of our Cost of Living project. The group learned to make gravy from veg scraps, how to work together and support each other in a working kitchen, and how you can make something exceptional without breaking the bank.
Everyone worked together to prep and cook a delicious veggie roast dinner and it was epic.
