Our training consists of a mix of self-guided sessions, a 3-hour virtual session held on a Wednesday or Thursday evening and a live full-day session held on the final Saturday in Glasgow.

Our volunteer opportunities
Digital volunteer
Become an online youth worker. Provide one-to-one support, info and advice to young people online in Live Chat and by email. This opportunity is available in our Edinburgh and Glasgow Offices.
Participation volunteer
Support young people in their peer education roles, including public speaking, design and delivery of workshops, and accreditation. This opportunity is available in our Edinburgh and Glasgow Offices.
Youth group volunteer
Help run regular LGBTQ+ youth groups, working face-to-face in a supportive environment. Previous experience of working with young people under 26 is preferred. This opportunity is available in all areas with an LGBT Youth Scotland run youth group.
