Today we are launching our Trans Report – the final ‘deep dive’ from our Life in Scotland for LGBT Young People research. When we launched the full report in February 2022, it was clear that the experiences of trans respondents were significantly different from their cis counterparts.
Diving deeper into the data, we have uncovered invaluable insights from direct responses of trans young people. We have analysed this rich mix of qualitative and statistical data to craft actionable recommendations in practice and policy and for decision makers across Scotland.
By amplifying the voices and lived experiences of trans young people, we aim to pave the way for a more inclusive Scotland. But we know there’s still a journey ahead.
