Orders
If you need to cancel or amend your order please contact us as soon as possible at store@lgbtyouth.org.uk
As we operate with a print partner all cancellations and amendments are at our partners discretion, as your order may have already went into production.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at store@lgbtyouth.org.uk. We are not able to issue return labels and all return costs are at the cost of the customer unless an item is deemed as faulty.
If there are any issues with your order including faults please email us at store@lgbtyouth.org.uk and we will endeavour to get it sorted for you as soon as possible.
Products
We have aimed to be as size inclusive as possible, with selected garments being available up to size 4XL.
All garments come available as fitted or regular.
All products have a size chart available on the product page.
All our t-shirts and hoodies are PETA approved vegan. All T-Shirts are made from organic cotton.
All our packaging is plastic free!
We work with a local, Scotland based fulfilment partner for all our orders.
Shipping
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service.
You will receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Should there be any issue with your delivery please contact us store@lgbtyouth.org.uk
